龙砂医学流派膏方制作技艺与现代发展探析

摘　　要：龙砂医学流派,源于锡澄地域,历史悠久,以五运六气理论、体质辨识及肾命学说为核心特色。本研究探讨了龙砂膏方的历史渊源,包括其流派发展、代表性传承人及中医文化形态的形成。进而分析了龙砂膏方制作技艺的特色,如地道药材选用、药量精准把控、特殊药物加工方法及辅料选择等,体现了传统工艺的传承与精细质量控制。在现代发展方面,龙砂膏方不仅坚守传统技艺,还注重与现代科技结合,通过优化加工流程、建立标准化体系及与现代医学结合,不断提升制作水平并拓展应用范围。The Longsha Medical School, originating from the Xicheng region, boasts a rich historical background and is characterized by its core specialties in the theories of the five transports and six climates, constitutional differentiation, and the doctrine of the kidney and mingmen. This study explores the historical origins of Longsha herbal jams, encompassing the development of its medical school, representative transmitters, and the formation of its traditional Chinese medical cultural patterns. Furthermore, it analyzes the distinctive features of Longsha herbal jam production techniques, such as the selection of genuine medicinal materials, precise control of dosage, special processing methods for certain herbs, and the choice of auxiliary materials, all of which embody the inheritance of traditional craftsmanship and meticulous quality control. In terms of modern development, Longsha herbal jam formulations not only adhere to traditional techniques but also emphasize integration with modern technology. By optimizing processing procedures, establishing standardization systems, and combining with modern medicine, they continuously enhance production standards and expand their application scope.
