摘　　要：基于信息扩散思想和模糊集合理论,提出了一种基于临界条件的知识获取和评估建模的研究思想和算法技术,阐述了基本的方法步骤和模型推导,并以航空气象的保障评估为例,构建了气象条件影响飞机起降安全的风险评估模型。A kind of idea and technique of knowledge extraction and risk evaluation was presented based on critical term, the basic operation step and modeling route were expounded. Based on an example of aviation weather supporting, a risk evaluation model of weather influencing plane taking off and landing safety was established, and the corresponding evaluation experiment were carried out.
