摘  要:教学质量关系到高校人才培养质量问题,新时代发展对其又提出了新的更高要求,所以如何精准提质尤为关键。本文运用熵权TOPSIS法和聚类分析构建与新时代发展的要求培养人才相契合的教学质量评价体系;进而对河南省高校的本科教学质量进行科学评价和精准监控;旨在更好地挖掘人才培养改进方向、提升教学质量,促进高等教育高质量发展。Teaching quality is related to the quality of talent cultivation in universities, and the development of the new era has put forward new and higher requirements, so it is particularly critical to accurately improve the quality. First of all, it should be constructed in teaching quality evaluation system in accordance with the requirements of the development of the new era;then the quality of undergraduate teaching in universities in Henan province is evaluated scientifically and monitored accurately. The results would be to excavate the improvement direction of talent cultivation, improve the quality of teaching, and promote the high-quality development of higher education.
