摘　　要：本文为深入了解数字化公共服务的建设现状和发展问题,探讨市民对数字化公共服务感知程度的影响因素,运用结构方程模型进行使用反馈的评价分析,评估杭州市数字化公共服务的总体质量,为推动杭州市数字化政府和智慧城市建设提供建议和方向,为杭州市公共服务领域的改革和创新提供参考。In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the current status and development issues of digital public services, explore the factors affecting citizens’ perception of digital public services, use structural equation modeling for feedback evaluation analysis, assess the overall quality of digital public services in Hangzhou, and provide suggestions and directions for promoting the construction of a digital government and smart city in Hangzhou. It also offers references for reform and innovation in the field of public services in Hangzhou.
