摘　　要：为了探索新时代中医药特色高校理科教师发展的新路径,我们首先分析高校教师发展的研究现状、热点及工作实践进展,并结合新时代中医药特色高校教学开展相关指导文件以及中医药特色综合类高校办学创新点等指导思想,来讨论在医理结合大趋势下,作为综合类中医药特色高校教师的培养模式应该如何转变来满足社会需求并且做到高校教师人才培养的可持续发展。In order to explore the new path of the development of science teachers in colleges and universities with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics in the new era, we first analyze the research status, hot spots and work practice progress of university teacher development, combined with the guiding principles of teaching and development of colleges and universities with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics and innovation points in running comprehensive colleges and universities with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics, and discuss how the training mode of university teachers with comprehensive Chinese medicine characteristics should be transformed to meet the needs of society and achieve the sustainable development of college teacher training under the general trend of integration of medicine and science.
