摘　　要：文章分析了黑龙江省地区中强地震对当地农村泥坯混合结构房屋的历史震害。1) 对该地区农村泥坯混合结构房屋主要震害形式的特点和致灾成因进行分析;2) 针对该省泥坯混合结构房屋的现状和主要问题,提出采用简便低廉的抗震加固技术来提高泥坯混合结构房屋的抗震能力。This paper discussed the seismic damage of rural residential mud-billet mixed houses under moderately earthquake in Heilongjiang area: 1) It summarized the seismic hazard of rural mud-billet mixed dwellings in this area and analyzed the characteristics and causes of its structure damage;2) Based on the seismic damage and weakness of rural mud-billet mixed residential structures, it stressed that seismic resistance practical and low cost technology should be used to improve the rural mud-billet mixed residential buildings against earthquake action.
