摘　　要：在中央提出了推进农村一二三产业融合发展的重大政策导向下,本文探讨了一二三产业融合的提出背景、意义、理论模式,在理论指导下,结合黑龙江省农村融合发展现状,提出适合黑龙江省农业发展现状的一二三产业融合实现的对策及建议。Under the major policy guidance of the central government to promote the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas,this paper discusses the background,significance and theoretical model of the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.Under the guidance of this theory,combined with the current situation of rural integrated development in Heilongjiang province,we put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries suitable for the current situation of agricultural development in Heilongjiang province.
