摘  要:日益全球化趋势加速了世界各地之间文化、贸易、科技以及信息等方面的沟通与交流,而会议(论坛)会展活动在各种大规模交流沟通活动中发挥了重要作用。在早些年就有学者提出会议会展活动本身就是一种旅游活动,近年来会展业和旅游业快速发展,“会议旅游”作为一种重要的旅游形式,在旅游业发展中占据着越来越重要的地位,它在带来可观经济效益的同时,也对会议承办目的地旅游形象起到了很大的正面带动作用。本文以在天津市蓟州区穿芳峪镇小穿芳峪村举办的“小穿论坛”(国内知名智库论坛)为例,评述已举办的三届“小穿论坛”的意义和影响,分析存在的问题,并就打造“小穿论坛”智库型会议论坛品牌提出对策建议。The increasing trend of globalization has accelerated the communication and exchange of culture, trade, science and technology, information and other aspects between different parts of the world, and Conference (Forum) exhibition activities have played an important role in various large-scale communication activities. In the early years, some scholars proposed that conference and exhibition itself is a kind of tourism activity. In recent years, conference and exhibition industry and tourism industry have developed rapidly. As an important form of tourism, conference tourism plays an increasingly important role in the development of tourism industry. It not only brings considerable economic benefits, but also plays a very positive role in promoting the tourism image of the conference destination effect. This paper takes the “Xiaochuanyu Forum” (a well-known think-tank forum in China) held in xiaochuanfangyu village, chuanfangyu Town, Jizhou District, Tianjin as an example to comment on the significance and influence of the three sessions of “Xiaochuanyu Forum”, analyze the existing problems, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions on building the brand of “Xiaochuanyu Forum” as a think-tank conference forum.
