摘　　要：地下空间的开发与利用已经成为人类文明的标志,近些年,随着哈尔滨的发展,导致整个城市在平面上不断扩张,占用耕地,生态环境变差。随着私家车数量激增,停车难、行车难问题越来越严重。哈尔滨冬季时间长,出行条件恶劣,尤其适合地下空间的开发,通过地下空间开发解决静态交通、动态交通问题,改善生态环境。Underground space development has become the sign of human civilization. In recent years, with the development of Harbin, the whole city has continued to expand on the plane, occupying cultivated land, deteriorating the ecological environment. With the increasing number of private cars, it is more and more difficult to stop and drive. Harbin has a long winter, bad travel conditions, especially suitable for the development of underground space, solve the static traffic and dynamic traffic problems through the underground space development, and improve the ecological environment.
