摘 要:随着我国经济的发展,科学技术也得到了很大的提高,并且我国小康社会目标的实现就会伴随着城市化进程而不断加快,房地产市场这一模块也就有了很大的需求。但是就目前阶段,我国大多数人民依旧存在着“重购轻租”这一观念,这种观念根深蒂度,但是随着社会的发展,以租代买是我国深化住房制度改革的一项核心内容,通过以租代买的这种方式,实现居者有其屋也是很好的。然而对于应该怎样营造出以人为核心的新型城镇化的有利之举,即租售同权,来实现房屋居住本质属性这一良好的氛围是急需深入的展开这项研究工作。With the development of our economy, science and technology has been greatly improved, achieving the goal of a well-off society in our country will be accompanied by the urbanization advancement process and constantly accelerate, the module of the real estate market also had a big demand. Under the circumstances, for the majority of our people, “repurchase for rent” this concept still exists, the idea is deeply rooted. But with the development of society, renting instead of buying is a core content of deepening housing system reform in China. It is also good to realize homeownership by renting instead of buying.
