摘　　要：在党的十九大报告中明确提出了乡村振兴战略,中央财政在“十三五”时期累计安排补助专项扶贫资金5305亿元。关注专项资金使用的绩效,提高专项资金使用效果对乡村振兴具有重要意义。文章立足乡村振兴资金绩效评价的重要性,介绍现行乡村振兴资金绩效评价指标体系,分析了当前中共中央发布的和现行浙江省使用的乡村振兴资金绩效评价体系的局限性,并提出完善乡村振兴资金绩效评价指标的设想,旨在更精准实施绩效评价,充分发挥资金绩效评价的作用。In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the rural revitalization strategy was clearly put forward. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the central government allocated a total of 530.5 billion yuan of special poverty alleviation funds. Paying attention to the performance of special funds and improving the use effect of special funds are of great significance to rural revitalization. Based on the importance of performance evaluation of rural revitalization funds, this paper introduces the current performance evaluation index system of rural revitalization funds, analyzes the limitations of the performance evaluation index system of rural revitalization funds, analyzes the limitations of the performance evaluation system of rural revitalization funds currently issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and currently used in Zhejiang Province, and puts forward the idea of improving the performance evaluation index of rural revitalization funds, aiming at implementing performance evaluation more accurately and giving full play to the role of performance evaluation of funds.
