社会资本对家庭收入的影响研究——基于CFPS数据分析

摘　　要：改革开放以来,中国经济高速增长,人民收入水平稳步提升,对于收入的制约因素和影响机制受到众多学者关注,人们参与社会经济生活又主要以家庭为单位,故本文关注家庭收入。中国是典型的人情社会,通过人情往来形成的社会关系网络在人们生活中占有重要地位,是居民获取社会资本的重要途径之一。本文基于CFPS2016年的数据,利用扩展的明瑟方程模型,考察社会资本对家庭收入的影响以及社会资本对不同收入群体的影响差异,并用逐步回归法验证社会资本对家庭收入的影响机制。研究发现:社会资本对家庭收入有显著的积极作用,对低收入群体的促进作用更强,且具有稳健性。社会资本显著且稳健地通过人力资本效应、求职渠道效应和融资渠道效应作用于家庭收入,相对贡献份额分别为9.2%、2.4%和11.6%,融资渠道效应对家庭收入的促进作用最大。此外,市场化水平的提高会减弱社会资本对家庭收入的促进作用,但不改变社会资本促进家庭收入提高的特征。Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has been growing at a high speed, and the level of people’s income has steadily improved. Many scholars have paid attention to the constraints and impact mechanisms on income. People’s participation in social and economic life is mainly based on families, so this paper focuses on family income. China is a typical human society. The social relationship network formed through human exchanges plays an important role in people’s lives and is one of the important ways for residents to obtain social capital. Based on the data of CFPS in 2016, this paper uses the extended Mincer equation model to investigate the impact of social capital on household income and the difference in the impact of social capital on different income groups, and uses the stepwise regression method to verify the impact mechanism of social capital on household income. The study found that social capital has a significant positive effect on family income, and has a stronger role in promoting low-income groups, and it is robust. Social capital significantly and steadily affects family income through the human capital effect, job seeking channel effect and financing channel effect, with relative contribution shares of 9.2%, 2.4% and 11.6%, respectively. The financing channel effect plays the largest role in promoting family income. In addition, the improvement of the level of marketization will weaken the role of social capital in promoting family income, but will not change the characteristics of social capital in promoting family income.
