摘　　要：打造本土品牌,构建自主可控的信息技术体系,保障国家信息安全,冲破国外品牌高垄断,提升国内科技竞争力,是发展国产服务器操作系统最基本使命。国产服务器操作系统自“八五”攻关计划启动经历几十年发展,国内服务器操作系统在性能上不断向国际主流系统“看齐”,在产品、生态、市场、商业模式、队伍建设等方面均取得长足发展,一些头部操作系统已达到“好用”水平,并在党政、国防、电信、金融、互联网等领域广泛应用。但是,与国外头部企业相比,银河麒麟、统信、麒麟信安、中兴新支点等国产服务器操作系统仍有较大差距,本土企业普遍“小、散、弱”,配套软硬件生态分散,无法形成合力。目前,产业界对国产服务器操作系统市场研究不足,很难提出针对性发展路径,迫切需要对国产服务器操作系统市场进行摸底,并找出与国外头部企业差距,研判未来发展趋势,进而对国产服务器操作系统提出针对性建议。本报告运用定性与定量相结合的方法对目前国产服务器操作系统进行综合竞争力评价,以问题为导向提出发展路径和建议,希望对国产服务器操作系统及厂商具有参考价值。Creating local brands, building an independent and controllable information technology system, ensuring national information security, breaking through the high monopoly of foreign brands, and improving the competitiveness of domestic science and technology are the most basic mission of developing domestic server operating systems.
