摘  要:近年来,连锁经营模式在中国的发展如火如荼,凭借其高效运营和规模化效应,已然成为最具吸引力的投资与创业模式之一。与此同时,随着经济的持续繁荣,传统服饰行业的市场规模亦在不断扩大,达到了前所未有的万亿级别。为了进一步扩大企业规模、优化资源配置、降低运营成本,众多服饰企业纷纷选择连锁经营作为发展战略。然而,尽管连锁经营模式在服饰行业中应用广泛,但关于服饰企业连锁经营管理的深入研究却相对匮乏。这使得许多服饰企业在实施连锁经营时缺乏系统的理论指导,往往只能依靠经验摸索前行,从而制约了企业的快速发展。本研究以广西链接服饰有限公司为案例,深入探讨了连锁经营管理在服饰企业中的应用与实践。通过对其连锁经营模式的分析与研究,旨在为服饰企业提供有价值的理论参考和实践指导,帮助企业更好地实施连锁经营战略,实现可持续发展。In recent years, the franchise business model has flourished in China, becoming one of the most attractive investment and entrepreneurial models due to its efficient operations and scaled effects. Concurrently, with the continued prosperity of the economy, the market size of the traditional clothing industry has also expanded to an unprecedented trillion-level scale. To further expand enterprise scale, optimize resource allocation, and reduce operational costs, numerous clothing companies have chosen franchising as their development strategy. However, despite the widespread application of the franchise business model in the clothing industry, in-depth research on the franchise management of clothing enterprises is relatively scarce. This has led to many clothing enterprises lacking systematic theoretical guidance when implementing franchising, often relying solely on experience to navigate, thus restricting their rapid development. This study takes Guangxi Lianjie Clothing Co., Ltd. as a case to delve into the application and practice of franchise management in clothing enterprises. Through the analysis and research of its franchise business model, the aim is to provide valuable theoretical references and practical guidance for clothing enterprises, helping them better implement franchising strategies and achieve sustainable development.
