A市工伤保险发展现状、困境及建议

摘　　要：工伤保险对于分散和应对劳动者职业风险意义重大。本文以A市工伤保险制度为研究对象,通过分析当前工伤保险的发展现状,揭示其在实施过程中面临的主要困境,并提出相应的改进建议。研究发现,尽管A市在工伤保险的覆盖范围、参保率及保障水平方面取得了一定进展,但仍存在覆盖面不足、基金管理效率低等问题。基于此,本文通过对A市近年来工伤保险制度和发展现状的分析,在经济社会发展和转型的背景下,从扩大覆盖面、完善待遇申请机制和提高待遇水平、强化工伤预防和工伤康复职能等方面提出完善工伤保险制度的建议,以进一步完善A市工伤保险制度,提高劳动者的保障水平,促进社会经济的可持续发展。Employment injury insurance plays a significant role in mitigating and addressing occupational risks faced by workers. This paper focuses on the employment injury insurance system in City A, analyzing the current development status, identifying key challenges in its implementation, and proposing corresponding improvement suggestions. The research finds that, despite some progress in coverage, participation rate, and benefit levels, City A still faces issues such as insufficient coverage and low fund management efficiency. Based on an analysis of the employment injury insurance system and its development in recent years within the context of economic and social transformation, this paper offers suggestions to enhance the system in City A. These suggestions include expanding coverage, improving benefit application mechanisms, raising benefit levels, and strengthening the functions of injury prevention and rehabilitation. The goal is to further improve the employment injury insurance system in City A, enhance worker protection, and promote sustainable social and economic development.
