关于公共部门人力资源管理的研究文献综述——基于CNKI和CiteSpace的可视化分析

摘　　要：公共部门人力资源管理的重要性逐渐凸显,引起越来越多学者的研究兴趣。本研究通过对2016年至2024年间刊载于CNKI的96篇关于“公共部门人力资源管理”的期刊文章进行深入调查。采用CiteSpace软件和CNKI计量可视化工具,系统整理了相关文献的知识结构,总结了各阶段的研究热点和特征,同时对未来的研究趋势进行了预测。这一研究旨在为公共人力资源管理领域的后续研究提供有益的借鉴和建议。The importance of human resource management in the public sector has gradually become prominent, attracting the research interest of more and more scholars. This study conducted an in-depth investigation of 96 journal articles on “Human Resource Management in the Public Sector” published in CNKI from 2016 to 2024. Using CiteSpace software and CNKI quantitative visualization tools, the knowledge structure of relevant literature was systematically organized, the research hotspots and characteristics of each stage were summarized, and future research trends were predicted. This study aims to provide useful references and suggestions for subsequent research in the field of public human resource management.
