摘　　要：本文通过资料收集法和分类统计法,对中国奥委会授予保定市、鞍山市、宁波市、哈尔滨市、七台河市5个奥运冠军之城奖杯城市的文化底蕴和体育氛围、财政投入和体育特色项目、后备人才培养和竞技体育成绩、体育产业和体育经济的特点进行了总结,对奥运冠军之城的政治、社会、经济、文化、体育价值进行了分析,探讨了奥运冠军之城的启示:体育政策:以体育政策导向为牵引,创新中国式现代化体育事业发展新模式;体育文化:以体育文化庚续为根本,塑造中国式现代化体育文化底蕴新形象;体育人才:以体教融合方式为手段,构建中国式现代化体育人才培养新体系;体育场馆:以场所建设管理为基础,探索中国式现代化群众体育活动新途径;体育赛事:以赛事活动组织为推手,激发中国式现代化体育资源发展新动能;体育产业:以“体育+”、“+体育”为途径,开创中国式现代化体育产业发展新局面。Through the method of data collection and classified statistics, this paper summarizes the cultural heritage and sports atmosphere, financial investment and sports characteristic projects, training of backup talents and competitive sports achievements, characteristics of sports industry and sports economy of the five Olympic champion cities awarded by the Chinese Olympic Committee to Baoding, Anshan, Ningbo, Harbin and Qitaihe, analyzes the political, social, economic, cultural and sports values of the Olympic champion cities, and discusses the enlightenment of the Olympic champion cities: sports policy: take sports policy guidance as the traction, and innovate a new model of Chinese path to modernization sports development;sports culture: based on the continuation of sports culture, create a new image of Chinese path to modernization sports culture;sports talents: build a new system of Chinese path to modernization sports talents training by means of integration of sports and education;st
