摘　　要：文化资源的整合开发有利于形成更加丰富多样化的文化产品和服务,促进文旅产业的发展,推动文化资源的持续性保护。乐山东风堰拥有丰富的文化资源,具有重要的历史和文化价值,但其文化资源整合开发存在基础设施建设不完善、品牌建设和市场推广缺乏系统性、地方社区参与度较低等问题,使得东风堰旅游景区的知名度和竞争力不足。应通过培养复合型人才、加强品牌建设和出台相关法规政策等举措,增强东风堰文化资源的保护与开发,提升市场吸引力,推动当地文旅产业健康持续发展。The integration and development of cultural resources is conducive to the formation of more diverse cultural products and services, promoting the development of the cultural tourism industry and advancing the sustainable protection of cultural resources. The Dongfeng Weir in Leshan has abundant cultural resources and important historical and cultural value. However, the integration and development of its cultural resources suffers from problems, such as incomplete infrastructure construction, lack of systematic brand building and market promotion, and low local community participation, resulting in insufficient popularity and competitiveness of the Dongfeng Weir tourist attraction. Efforts should be made to cultivate versatile talents, strengthen brand building, and introduce relevant laws and policies to enhance the protection and development of Dongfeng Weir’s cultural resources, improve market attractiveness, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the local cultural and tourism industry.
