摘　　要：历史文化是一个国家的重要组成部分,它不仅承载着我们珍贵且宝贵的文化遗产,也对我国社会经济发展具有一定影响。在城市建设与发展中体现出的是历史文化保护和活化利用两者之间有机结合、相辅相成与相互补充。在历史遗产中融入现代元素可以增强其活力,同时又能使其延续性更加旺盛地发挥出来作用;而历史文化资源是一个国家或地区的重要物质基础,可以通过合理开发、有效管理等方式来进行保护与整合,从而实现对城市的更新发展。History and culture are an important part of a country, it not only carries our precious and precious cultural heritage, but also has a certain effect on our social and economic development. In the process of urban construction and development, the organic combination of historical and cultural protection and activation and utilization are mutually complementary and complementary. Integrating modern elements into the historical heritage can enhance its vitality and make its continuity play a more vigorous role.
