农村区域经济发展探索与建议——以合肥市长丰县马郢社区“马郢计划”为例

摘　　要：本文基于合肥市长丰县马郢社区的“马郢计划”实践,通过文献分析、案例研究和实地调研等方法,深入探讨了该计划对农村区域经济发展的影响及其成功经验。研究发现,马郢计划通过精准扶贫、乡村旅游发展和集体经济壮大,显著提升了马郢社区的经济发展水平,改善了村民的生活质量。本文详细阐述了马郢计划的实施过程、具体措施及其成效,并总结了其对其他农村区域经济发展的启示与建议。研究结果可为类似农村地区的经济发展提供理论支撑和实践参考。Based on the practice of the “Maying Plan” in Maying Community, Changfeng County, Hefei City, this paper deeply explores the impact of the plan on the economic development of rural areas and its successful experiences through methods such as literature analysis, case study, and field research. The study found that the Maying Plan significantly improved the economic development level of Maying Community and the quality of life for villagers by means of targeted poverty alleviation, rural tourism development, and the growth of the collective economy. This paper elaborates on the implementation process, specific measures, and outcomes of the Maying Plan, and summarizes its enlightenment and suggestions for the economic development of other rural areas. The research results can provide theoretical support and practical reference for the economic development of similar rural areas.
