摘　　要：在工程认证的背景下,教务档案需要进行科学专业化的管理。实际工作中,教务档案数量庞大、类型较多,大多数教务档案管理人员面临着工作量大、工作强度高的问题。为提高管理效率,提出基于微信小程序的教务档案管理平台。系统功能设计分为用户模块和管理员模块,用户模块的主要功能包括档案归档、档案查询、档案借阅与归还,管理员模块的主要功能包括档案信息管理、档案数据导入、档案移交管理等。系统采用前后端分离的架构,前端包括移动端和PC端,后端采用了SSM框架。系统的实现简化了操作手续,减少了重复工作,提高了办公效率,降低了管理成本。Under the background of engineering certification, educational administration archives need scientific and professional management. In actual work, the number of educational archives is huge and there are many types of them. Most of the educational archives management personnel face the problem of heavy workload and high work intensity. To improve management efficiency, an educational administration archives management platform based on the WeChat applet is proposed. The system function design is divided into user module and administrator module. File archiving, archives query, archives lending and returning are the main functions of the user module. The main functions of the administrator module include archives information management, archives data import, archives transfer management and so on. The system adopts the architecture of front-end and back-end separation, the front-end includes mobile end and PC end, and the back end adopts the SSM framework. The implementation of the system simplifies operation procedures, reduces repetitive work, improves office efficiency, and reduces management costs.
