摘 要:良好的步态对人体健康有积极影响,降低慢性疾病风险,随着医疗康复技术的发展,近年来针对步态异常的矫正康复技术不断得到完善。目前步态矫正有人工辅助技术,步态矫正机器辅助技术以及虚拟现实技术辅助的结合应用三种模式,其中先进的虚拟现实技术与步态矫正机器的结合,用于训练过程提供任务导向和环境模拟,为患者带来实时的真实感觉反馈,增加训练乐趣,强化自主训练意图,提高了训练效果。本文分析三种技术的康复模式优缺点,以及相关产品、发展分布现状以及目前国内外康复矫正技术的发展概况,重点对虚拟现实技术与步态矫正训练技术的发展进行前瞻性的展望。Good gait has a positive impact on human health and reduces the risk of chronic diseases, and with the development of medical rehabilitation technology, corrective rehabilitation techniques for gait abnormalities have been improved in recent years. At present, there are three modes of gait correction: manual assisted technology, gait correction machine assisted technology and the combined application of virtual reality technology assisted. Among them, the combination of advanced virtual reality technology and gait correction machine is used for the training process to provide task-oriented and environmental simulation, which brings real-time realistic sensory feedback to patients, increases the fun of training, strengthens the autonomous training intention and improves the training effect. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the rehabilitation models of the three technologies, as well as related products, the current status of development distribution, and the current development overview of rehabilitation correction technology at home and abroad, focusing on the future development of virtual reality technology and gait correction training technology with a forward-looking outlook.
