摘 要:依据换流站噪声控制标准,结合以往特高压换流站噪声分析研究的相关成果和站内主要噪声设备的噪声水平,利用噪声计算软件Sound plan对青海海南±800 kV换流站采用仅加高围墙无BOX-IN、换流变压器加装半封闭型BOX-IN与围墙加高并设隔声屏障相结合、换流变压器加装全封闭型BOX-IN与加高围墙并设隔声屏障相结合等方案进行了噪声预测,研究结果表明:换流变压器采用全封闭型BOX-IN与加高围墙并设隔声屏障相结合方案后,噪声预测值满足《声环境质量标准》GB3096-2008和《工业企业厂界环境噪声排放标准》GB12348-2008中3类标准限值的要求。同时对比分析了各降噪措施方案噪声预测值与实测值,吻合度好,验证了噪声模型计算的准确性。According to the noise control standard of converter station, combined with the relevant results of noise analysis and research of UHV converter station and the noise level of main noise equipment in the station, the noise calculation software Sound plan is used to predict the noise of Hainan ±800 kV converter station in Qinghai Province, including only heightening the enclosure without BOX-IN, combining semi-enclosed BOX-IN with enclosure heightening and sound insulation barrier, and combining totally enclosed BOX-IN with enclosure heightening and sound insulation barrier. After the converter transformer adopts the combination scheme of fully closed Box-in and raising the wall and setting the sound barrier, the research results show that the noise prediction value of converter transformer meets the requirements of class 3 standard limits in “Environmental quality standard for noise” GB3096-2008 and “Emission standard for industrial enterprises noise at boundary” GB12348-2008. At the same time, the predicted values of noise and the measured values of noise reduction measures are compared and analyzed, and the coincidence degree is good, which verifies the accuracy of noise model calculation.
