摘 要:随着全球能源结构转型的加速,储能技术成为提高新能源涉网性能和电网调节能力的重要手段。收益模式和经济性分析是储能项目投资决策和建设的重要基础。当前研究主要聚焦于储能单一服务产生的收益,未充分考虑不同方面的综合收益,也未明确不同因素对收益的影响规律,对浙江范围内的储能项目指导作用有限。为此,本文以浙江省内某50 MW/100 MWh电化学储能站示范项目作为典型案例,首先分析了其技术条件和投资情况,进一步计算了其在电力市场、中长期合约和容量租赁服务等方面的收益,并进行了成本分析、经济评价和敏感性分析。分析结果表明,典型条件下新型储能项目总投资收益率可达为8.37%,项目资本金净利润率可达21.58%,具有较好的经济效益,其中建设投资和容量租赁是投资收益最主要的两项敏感性因素。With the accelerating global energy transition, energy storage technology has become a crucial means to enhance the grid integration performance of renewable energy and improve grid regulation capabilities. Revenue models and economic analysis serve as the cornerstone for investment decisions and construction of energy storage projects. Current research primarily focuses on the revenue generated from single energy storage services, neglecting the comprehensive benefits from various aspects and failing to clarify the impact of different factors on revenue, thus limiting its guidance for energy storage projects in Zhejiang Province. To address this gap, this paper takes a 50 MW/100 MWh electrochemical energy storage project in Zhejiang Province as a typical case. Firstly, the technical conditions and investment of the project are analyzed. Subsequently, the revenue from various service scenarios, including the power market, long-term contracts, and capacity rental services, is calculated.
