摘　　要：综述了三苯甲基类保护基在羟基、氨基及巯基保护中的应用进展,重点总结了保护(三苯甲基化)和去保护(去三苯甲基化)的试剂及主要反应条件,并介绍了国外近年的发展趋势。The applications of triphenylmethyl (trityl), as protecting groups in organic synthesis, especially the reagents and main reaction conditions on tritylation and detritylation, have been reviewed and some recent developments have been introduced.
