关于水泥灰岩绿色矿山建设规范的解读

摘　　要：自然资源部在2018年7月发布了《水泥灰岩绿色矿山建设规范》等9项行业标准,这是目前全球发布的第一个国家级绿色矿山建设行业标准,标志着我国的绿色矿山建设进入了“有法可依”的新阶段,将对我国矿业行业的绿色发展起到有力的支撑和保障作用。本文以水泥灰岩绿色矿山建设规范为例,通过分析解读矿区环境、资源开发方式、资源综合利用、节能减排、科技创新与数字化矿山、企业管理与企业形象六个方面诠释水泥灰岩绿色矿山建设规范内涵,为相关矿山企业和从业者提供参考和借鉴。InJuly 2018, the Ministry of Natural Resources released nine industry standardssuch as “Code for the Construction of Cement and Lime Green Mines”, which isthe first national green mine construction industry standard released globally.It marks that China's green mine construction has entered a new stage of“having law to follow” and will play a strong supporting and guarantee role forthe green development of China's mining industry. Taking the cement limestonegreen mine construction norm as an example, this paper interprets the cementlimestone green mine by analyzing and interpreting the mining environment,resource development mode, comprehensive utilization of resources, energysaving and emission reduction, technological innovation and digital mine,enterprise management and corporate image. The connotation of constructionnorms provides reference and reference for relevant mining enterprises and practitioners.
