摘　　要：本文在分析江西省干旱分布特征及规律的基础上,结合江西省抗旱服务体系的主体性质、功能定位、组织体系、运行机制现状和政策措施现状调研结果,以3个运营状况较好的县市调研结果为例,总结分析了江西省抗旱服务队建设情况,指出了江西省抗旱服务队建设工作存在的问题及原因,并针对存在的问题提出参考建议。Based on the analysis of the characteristics and laws of drought distribution in Jiangxi Province, combined with the investigation results of the main body nature, function orientation, organization system, operation mechanism and policy measures of Jiangxi drought resistance service system, taking the survey results of three well-operated cities as an example, this paper summarized and analyzed the construction of Jiangxi drought resistance service team, pointed out the problems and reasons of the construction of Jiangxi drought resistance service team, and put forward reference suggestions for the existing problems.
