新时代背景下农村河道整治与长效管护实践探讨——以南京市江宁区为例

摘　　要：新时代背景下现代农业农村发展对农村河道治理和保护提出了新的更高的要求,从实践方面探讨农村河道疏浚整治和管护措施具有重要的参考价值。本文以南京市江宁区为例,分析了农村河道所存在的突出问题,从农村河道疏浚整治和长效管护两方面总结了所采取的主要做法和经验,提出了进一步完善农村河道疏浚整治和长效管护工作的建议,可为进一步推进当地农村河道生态功能恢复以及为类似地区提供参考依据。There are new and high requirements for rural river regulation and protection in the development process of modern agriculture and rural areas in the new era. It is of great importance to explore the management measures of rural river from the perspective of practice. Taking Jiangning District of Nanjing City as an example, this paper analyzes the key problems in rural river management. The main experiences are summarized from the aspects of regulation projects and engineering man-agement. Some suggestions are put forward for improving the rural river management and protec-tion. These studies can provide references for further promoting the ecological function recovery of local rural river.
