民办智慧养老机构平台构建研究

摘　　要：大多数民办养老机构受限于管理者水平的影响,面临着服务内容水平同质化严重、护理人员服务水平较低、床位资源供需不匹配、机构活力较差等难题。为更好的缓解民办养老机构难题以及为老年人晚年幸福生活服务,民办智慧养老机构平台从民办养老机构供给现状和老年人的需求入手,借用平台化力量缓解双方难题。提出民办养老机构之间资源互补式发展、服务内容水平差异化发展,老年人从平台上根据自身需求生成需求订单、上传需求订单、民办养老机构根据老年人需求订单选择接单等模式,助力养老服务行业发展。Most private elderly care institutions are limited by the influence of management level, and face problems such as serious homogenization of service content, low service level of nursing staff, mis-match between supply and demand of bed resources, and poor institutional vitality. In order to better alleviate the problems of private pension institutions and serve the happy life of the elderly in their old age, the platform of private smart elderly care institutions starts from the current sup-ply status of private pension institutions and the needs of the elderly, and borrows the power of platform to alleviate the problems of both sides. It is proposed that the complementary development of resources and the differentiated development of service content between private elderly care institutions are proposed, and the elderly generate demand orders from the platform according to their own needs, upload demand orders, and private elderly care institutions choose to receive orders according to the needs of the elderly to help the development of the elderly service industry.
