摘　　要：大学生志愿帮扶外来务工人员子女是弘扬志愿精神、发挥思政育人作用的生动探索,其在健全和完善高校大学生志愿帮扶机制、引起社会广泛关注促进政策落实落地、提高大学生综合素质增强核心竞争力、推动思政教育从课堂走向社会等方面具有重要现实意义。但当前大学生在参与志愿帮扶活动中存在志愿帮扶资源不足、活动宣传效果不佳,队伍素质参差不齐、志愿帮扶组织零散,志愿帮扶流于形式、教育价值突显不足等问题。针对问题,通过倾斜资源配置大力扶持、做好活动组织宣传工作的方式为大学生志愿者创造有利条件;通过健全完善精准帮扶机制、提供专业指导保驾护航的方式保障志愿成效;通过加强思想引领提高觉悟、思政教育因素寓于实践的方式来增强行动深度和影响力。College students’ voluntary assistance to children of migrant workers is a vivid exploration of promoting volunteerism and leveraging the role of ideological and political education. It holds significant practical importance in enhancing and refining the voluntary assistance mechanism for college students, garnering widespread societal attention to facilitate the effective implementation of policies, elevating the comprehensive qualities of college students to bolster their core competitiveness, and promoting ideological and political education from the classroom to society. However, there are currently several issues among college students when participating in voluntary assistance activities, such as insufficient voluntary assistance resources, poor promotion effects, uneven team quality, the cohesion of voluntary assistance organizations is insufficient, superficial voluntary assistance, and insufficient emphasis on educational value.
