摘　　要：数据是专利信息服务的基础,专利信息服务数据的管理和应用对提高专利信息服务工作的多样性和精准性具有重要意义。通过文献调研论述了高校图书馆专利信息服务数据的研究现状及存在问题,根据专利信息服务的主客体关系,将专利信息服务相关数据进行了类别划分;提出集采集、存储、应用、存档于一体的专利信息服务数据管理体系;并探索其多层次、多样化的综合应用思路。专利信息服务数据的有效管理和合理应用,可以为图书馆优化资源配置、提高资源利用率提供思路,为知识产权服务中心开展多元化、个性化服务提供参考,为提高专利信息服务工作质量以及用户满意度提供方法。Data is the basis of patent information services. The management and application of patent information service data is of great significance to improve the diversity and accuracy of patent information services. This paper discusses the research status and existing problems of patent information service data in university libraries through literature research. According to the relationship between subject and object of patent information service, this paper classifies the relevant data of patent information service, proposes a data management system of patent information service that integrates collection, storage, application and archiving, and explores its multi-level and diversified application ideas. Effective management and rational application of patent information service data can provide references for libraries to optimize resource allocation and improve resource utilization, provide references for the intellectual property service center to carry out diversified and personalized services, and supply methods for improving the quality of patent information service and user satisfaction.
