摘　　要：数字技术与基层公共服务均等化的有机结合,是实现共同富裕、推动国家现代化进程的重要动力。近年来,数字技术在赋能山东省济南市基层公共服务发展效果初显,但也面临着数字政府治理公共服务均等化能力低、信息共享机制不健全以及数字型人才短缺等挑战。为此,需要从加快政府职能转型、优化基层公共服务均等化资源配置、建设数字人才队伍等方面提升数字技术的赋能效应。The organic combination of digital technology and equalization of grassroots public services is an important driving force for achieving common prosperity and promoting the modernization process of the country. In recent years, digital technology has shown initial effectiveness in empowering the development of grassroots public services in Jinan City, Shandong Province. However, it also faces challenges such as low equalization of public services in digital government governance, inadequate information-sharing mechanisms, and a shortage of digital talents. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the empowerment effect of digital technology by accelerating the transformation of government functions, optimizing the equal allocation of resources for grassroots public services, and building a digital talent team.
