摘　　要：血管内皮细胞损伤是动脉粥样硬化发生发展的重要病理机制,保护血管内皮细胞功能已经成为了国际心血管病领域的研究热点。而中医药在保护血管内皮细胞方面具有明显的优势与潜力,多种中药或中药复方在治疗动脉粥样硬化均有很好的临床疗效。本文主要综述了中医药在保护血管内皮细胞方面的研究进展。Vascular endothelial cell injury is an important pathological mechanism for the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis. Protecting the function of vascular endothelial cells has become a research hotspot in the field of cardiovascular disease. Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages and potentials in protecting vascular endothelial cells. A variety of traditional Chinese medicine or traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions have good clinical effects in the treatment of atherosclerosis. This article mainly reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in protecting vascular endothelial cells.
