摘　　要：地龙是我国传统的中药材之一,含有丰富的活性成分与多种药理作用,如氨基酸,蛋白质,酶类等成分以及抗肿瘤,溶血栓,降血压等药理作用。近年来研究者大多对地龙溶血栓等活性成分进行研究,对地龙抗肿瘤活性成分的研究较缺少,对抗肿瘤活性物质的分子大小、结构、毒副作用及理化性质等还缺乏更深入的研究。本文对近些年国内外对地龙抗肿瘤活性物质的主要成分、分离纯化和含量测定、酶学性质、抗肿瘤作用机理进行综述,为地龙抗肿瘤活性物质的研究提供一定的理论基础。As one of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials, Earthworm is rich in active ingredients and various pharmacological effects, such as amino acids, proteins and enzymes, as well as anti-tumor, thrombolytic, blood pressure and other pharmacological effects. In recent years, most researchers have studied the active components such as earthworm thrombolytic cells, but there is a lack of research on the active components of Earthworm antitumor, and there is still a lack of further research on the molecular size, structure, toxic and side effects and physical and chemical properties of the active components of earthworm antitumor. In this paper, the main components, isolation, purification, content determination, enzymatic properties and anti-tumor mechanism of the anti-tumor active substances of Earthworm in recent years were reviewed, which provided a certain theoretical basis for the research of the anti-tumor active substances of Earthworm.
