摘　　要：介绍海上蔡氏妇科治疗产后病的学术内涵和临证经验,传承蔡氏妇科产后“多虚多瘀”为病机和产后宜温宜补“勿拘于产后,亦勿忘于产后”的治疗原则,指导我院中医临床工作,结合案例2则,体现海派名医在疾病简介、病机分析、辨证思维、经验方药方面的创新特色、借鉴价值和临床指导意义。This paper introduces the academic experience of Cai’s Gynecology in the treatment of postpartum diseases, inherits the pathogenesis of “multiple deficiency and multiple stasis” of Cai’s Gynecology, and the treatment principle of “not confined to postpartum, also don’t forget postpartum” to guide the clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital. Combined with two cases, it reflects the innovation of famous doctors of Shanghai school in disease introduction, pathogenesis analysis, dialectical thinking and classic prescriptions, reference value and clinical significance.
