摘 要:目的:探索中药复方制剂学的比较,利用单煎与合煎比较制剂差异。有望明确养血疏风颗粒中药配方颗粒与养血疏风颗粒合煎颗粒不同工艺化学、药效和临床疗效变化的关系。方法:老年瘙痒症模型利用代谢组学方法确定疗效。采用代谢组学法研究养血疏风颗粒治疗老年性慢性瘙痒症的毒性、疗效及作用机理。通过色谱–质谱联用方法去分析实验模型的血浆的代谢物谱,并采用多元模式识别方法分析模型组和正常组大鼠的代谢物谱差异,找出潜在的生物标记物。并通过比较养血疏风颗粒干预下这些生物标记物的变化情况,探讨老年性慢性瘙痒症病变的作用机理。结论:通过本项目的研究,可在一定程度上确立中药治疗老年性慢性瘙痒症的分子生物学疗效评价精标准,为养血疏风颗粒治疗老年性慢性瘙痒症的深入研究及推广使用奠定基础。为现代中医临床对老年性慢性瘙痒症的规范化诊治及教学、科研提供了新思路。Objective: To explore the comparison of traditional Chinese medicine and compare the differences between single and combined decoction. It is expected to clarify the relationship between the changes of different process chemistry, efficacy and clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules and decocting granules of nourishing hydrophobic granules. Methods: The elderly pruritus model uses metabolomics methods to determine the efficacy. The toxicity, efficacy and action mechanism of senile chronic pruritus were studied by metabolic group. The plasma metabolites spectrum of the experimental model was analyzed by chromatography-mass spectrometry combination, and multimode identification differences in the model group and normal groups were used to identify potential biomarkers. By comparing the changes of these biomarkers, the action mechanism of senile chronic pruritus lesions was discussed. Conclusion: Through the study of this project, the molecular biological efficacy evaluation standard of senile chronic pruritus can establish the further research and application of the elderly. It provides new ideas for the standardized diagnosis, treatment, teaching and scientific research of senile chronic pruritus clinical.
