甜瓜蒂在中药饮片标准中“主治”项的本草考证

摘　　要：甜瓜蒂,又称瓜蒂,甜瓜把,苦丁香。有17个地方的中药饮片炮制规范收载了甜瓜蒂,但是很多项目不统一。为了统一所有项目,本文针对差异较大的项,功能主治中的主治进行本草学考证,追根溯源,最后得出结论为,甜瓜蒂的主治应该为痰涎壅滞、宿食不化、食物中毒、湿热黄疸、鼻塞以及鼻中生息肉。Melon pedicle is also known as melon pedicle, melon put, bitter clove. In 17 places, the processing standards of TCM decoction pieces included melon stems, but many items were not unified. In order to unify all the items, this paper carried out herbological research on the main indications among the major functional indications, traced back to the source, and finally concluded that the main indications of melon pedicle should be stasis of sputum, food poisoning, dampness and heat jaundice, nasal obstruction and nasal polyps.
