摘　　要：顽固性失眠目前在临床是一种常见且难治的病症,中医治疗失眠主要包括中药和针灸治疗。本文通过选择黄宗勖教授运用针药治疗心肾不交型顽固性失眠的典型病案,对中医临床治疗顽固性失眠产生进一步的认识。Refractory insomnia is currently a common and refractory disease in clinical practice. The treatment of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine mainly includes traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. This article selects the typical case of Professor Huang Zongxu’s use of acupuncture to treat intractable insomnia with heart-kidney incompatibility, and has a further understanding of the clinical treatment of intractable insomnia with traditional Chinese medicine.
