正骨手法结合通腑活血汤内服治疗腰椎骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨正骨手法结合通腑活血汤内服治疗单纯性胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法:2017年06月至2021年06月期间收治胸腰椎骨折78例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组40例,对照组38例,年龄23~87岁。结果:治疗组显效37例,有效2例,无效1例;对照组显效29例,有效5例,无效4例;2组患者的总体疗效比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:正骨手法结合通腑活血汤内服治疗单纯性胸腰椎骨折有良好的疗效。正骨手法能一定程度恢复椎体高度,中药能显著改善胸腰椎骨折早期并发症和促进骨折愈合的能力。Objective: To explore the clinical effect of bone-setting technique combined with Tongfu Huoxue decoction for the treatment of simple thoracolumbal fracture. Methods: From June 2017 to June 2021, 78 patients with thoracolumbar fracture were treated and randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. There were 40 patients in the treatment group and 38 patients in the control group, aged 23 to 87 years. Results: In the treatment group, 37 cases showed obvious effect, 2 cases were effective and 1 case was invalid. In the control group, 29 cases were significantly effective, 5 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective. The overall efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion: Bone-setting technique combined with Tongfu Huoxue decoction is effective in treating simple thoracolumbar fracture. Bone-setting techniques can restore the height of vertebral body to a certain extent, and Traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the early complications of thoracolumbar fracture and promote the ability of fracture healing.
