摘　　要：如意金黄膏是由如意金黄散调制而来,是明代著名外科学家陈实功的代表方之一。现已广泛运用于外科、皮肤科、肛肠科等化脓性疾病,还可用于各种静脉炎、痛风性关节炎、骨折软组织损伤、睾丸炎、下肢丹毒等内外科疾病的治疗。笔者通过查阅近年来的文献对如意金黄膏的临床研究现状进行阐述,以期为该药更好地应用于临床服务于患者,同时也为各位医家奠定研究的基础,提供研究方向。Ruyi jinhuang cream is made from Ruyi Jinhuang powder, one of the representative prescriptions of Chen Shigong, a famous foreign scientist in Ming Dynasty. It has been widely used in surgery, dermatology, anorectal and other suppurative diseases, and can also be used in the treatment of various phlebitis, gout arthritis, fracture and soft tissue injury, orchitis, lower limb erysipelas and other internal and surgical diseases. By referring to the literature in recent years, the author expounds the clinical research status of Ruyi jinhuang cream, in order to better apply the medicine to clinical services for patients, but also to lay the foundation for the research of doctors, to provide research direction.
