摘　　要：心身疾病是指心理因素起着重要作用的躯体疾病。肠易激综合征作为一种典型的消化系统心身疾病,严重影响着患者的生活质量和心理状态。中医心身医学对肠易激综合征的病因病机、治疗方法有着独到的见解。Psychosomatic diseases refer to physical diseases in which psychological factors play an impor-tant role. As a typical psychosomatic disease of digestive system, irritable bowel syndrome se-riously affects the quality of life and psychological state of patients. TCM psychosomatic medicine has unique insights into the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment methods of irritable bowel syndrome.
