摘　　要：本文汇总近四十年涉及“麻沸散”和“蒙汗药”的研究成果,分析两者名称起源及组成,拟提出“麻沸散”主药为麻蕡、“麻沸散”当为“麻蕡散”以及“麻沸散”本质与“蒙汗药”并不相同这三个观点。除此之外,本文还对麻沸散的真实性、饮法、失传原因分析以及蒙汗药的相关说法进行了辩证。This paper summaries the research results involving “Mafei Powder” and “Menghanyao” in the past four decades, analyzes the origin and composition of the names of the two, and intends to put forward the three views that the main drug of “Mafei Powder” is Mafen, “Mafei Powder” should be “Mafen Powder” and “Mafei Powder” are not the same as “Menghanyao”. In addition, this paper also dialectically analyzes the authenticity, drinking method, reasons for loss of Mafei Powder and related statements of Menghanyao.
