美托洛尔联合健脾养心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨美托洛尔联合健脾养心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:研究对象为我院于2018年10月至2020年10月收治的100例慢性心力衰竭患者,将其随机分成两组。对照组单用美托洛尔治疗,观察组联用健脾养心汤治疗。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者的治疗有效率明显较高(P 0.05),治疗后均明显降低(P 0.05),治疗后均明显改善(P < 0.05),且观察组患者的LVEDD、心率、LVEF和LVESD水平明显优于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:美托洛尔联合健脾养心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果较佳,值得应用推广。Objective: To explore the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with spleen-nourishing and heart- nourishing decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods: 100 patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with metoprolol alone, and the observation group was treated with metoprolol and spleen-nourishing and heart-nourishing decoction. Results: Compared with the control group, the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher (P 0.05), but decreased significantly after treatment (P 0.05), and were significantly improved after treatment (P < 0.05). The levels of LVEDD, heart rate, LVEF and LVESD in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Metoprolol combined with spleen- nourishing and heart-nourishing decoction has a better clinical effect in the treatment of chronic heart failure, which is worthy of application and popularization.
