周文祥增效减毒方治疗糖皮质激素副作用临床经验

摘　　要：中医认为外源性大剂量糖皮质激素及其副作用类同于“壮火”、“壮火食气”。周文祥教授辨糖皮质激素诱导阶段、减量维持及停药阶段副作用主证分别为阴虚火旺火毒炽盛证、脾肾亏虚证,并根据肾脏病病理特点,注重控制感染,多选用归肾经药物,拟增效减毒方治疗糖皮质激素治疗肾脏疾病副作用取得良好效果。Traditional Chinese medicine believes that exogenous large doses of glucocorticoids and their side effects are similar to “excessive fire” and “excessive fire consuming qi”. Professor Wenxiang Zhou identified the main side effects of glucocorticoids induction stage, reduction of maintenance stage and withdrawal stage as Yin deficiency fire flaming fire poison, deficiency of spleen and kidney, and according to the pathological characteristics of kidney disease, pay attention to the control of infection, choose more drugs to return to the kidney, prescribing Zengxiaojiandu Prescription has achieved good effect in treating side effects of glucocorticoids therapy for kidney diseases.
