摘　　要：李湘云教授所著《祛风药治疗顽症》一书,阐述了风的产生、病变机理、分类、风的特性、症候特点,以及祛风药在顽固性以及难治性疾病的治疗以及临床用法。痫病,病理因素复杂,涉及风、火、痰、瘀等多方面,病程缠绵难愈,故治疗棘手。笔者有幸跟师李湘云教授身侧,聆听教诲,文章将对李教授在祛风药治疗痫病方向作简要解析。Professor Li Xiangyun’ book “treating obstinate disease with wind-dispelling drugs” expounds the generation, classification, etiology, pathogenesis, common symptoms, treatment and clinical application of wind-dispelling drugs in obstinate diseases. Eeclampsia, pathological factors are complex, involving wind, fire, phlegm, blood stasis and other aspects, the course of lingering is difficult to heal, so the treatment is difficult. The author has the honor of serving Professor Li Xiangyun, listens to the teaching, benefits a lot;the article will make a brief analysis of Professor Li in the wind-dispelling treatment of epilepsy direction.
