摘  要:饮食对健康人体脉象的影响缺乏理论和实践依据,本研究通过总结临床经验并使用脉诊仪观察健康人群饮食前后脉象的变化,主要从理论上探索各脏腑将外来物质转化为机体可吸收的营养物质这一过程中的内在联系,通过分析健康人群进食前后的桡动脉运动参数的变化,推理进食之后人体内的五脏六腑的生理变化,来阐述古籍中关于“胃气”的理论。研究发现饮食前后的双手关脉的脉象参数变化显著,说明进食过程中,脾经和肝经参与程度较高,且参与程度与性别有关。但由于本次实验研究在设计、实践操作方面还存在很多不足,许多问题还尚未阐明,需要开展进一步的工作以验证相关推论。In this study, we use the pulse diagnostic instrument to observe the changes in the pulse of healthy people before and after eating by summarizing clinical experience, and mainly explore theoretically the internal connection between the process of transforming foreign substances into nutrients that can be absorbed by the body by the internal organs. By analyzing the changes of radial artery movement parameters before and after eating in healthy people, we can infer the physiological changes of the five internal organs and six internal organs after eating to elaborate the theory of “stomach qi” in ancient texts. It was found that the pulse parameters of the radial pulse of both hands changed significantly before and after eating, indicating that the spleen and liver meridians were more involved in the process of eating, and the degree of involvement was related to gender. However, due to many shortcomings in the design and practice of this experimental study, many questions have not yet been elucidated and further work is needed to verify the relevant inferences.
