基于《脾胃论》阴火学说浅析老年慢性便秘

摘　　要：阴火由饮食失节、起居劳役失度、情志失调等因素使脾胃受损、元气损耗而产生的,其本质是阴阳升降失调而产生的病理之火,与脾胃、心肾关系密切。而老年慢性便秘患者,素体多有脏腑功能衰退,脾胃易受损伤,易出现阴阳气血亏虚等病理变化,与阴火学说的病因病机有着相通之处,因此阴火学说对老年慢性便秘诊疗有着一定指导意义。Yin fire is caused by the damage of spleen and stomach and the loss of vitality caused by the fac-tors such as the loss of diet, the loss of daily life and labor, and emotional disorder. Its essence is the pathological fire caused by the rise and fall of Yin and Yang disorder, which is closely related to the spleen, stomach, heart and kidney. However, elderly patients with chronic constipation tend to have the function decline of viscera, the spleen and stomach are easy to be damaged, and the pathological changes such as deficiency of Yin and Yang, qi and blood are easy to appear, which are in common with the etiology and pathogenesis of Yin and fire theory. Therefore, Yin fire theory has certain guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic constipation in the elderly.
