浅析淤积性皮炎的中医药治疗进展

摘　　要：淤积性皮炎,又称静脉曲张性湿疹,是周围血管病中的一种常见病,其发病机理与静脉回流障碍有着较密切的关系,常作为下肢静脉曲张的并发症出现,属于中医“湿毒疮”、“臁疮”的范畴。传统中医、中西医疗法均取得了一定的疗效,本文总结了淤积性皮炎近年的诊治方法,分为中医内治法、中医外治法、中医内外合治法、综合治法四种方法,中医内治法总体和清热利湿、活血化瘀有关,中医外治法包含湿敷、熏洗、涂擦、小针刀。通过对近十年临床实践经验的相关文献进行总结梳理,以期为淤积性皮炎的中医药治疗提供新的思路和方法。Stasis dermatitis, also known as variceal eczema, is a common disease in peripheral vascular diseases. Its pathogenesis is closely related to venous reflux disorder. It often appears as a complication of varicose veins of lower limbs and belongs to the category of “damp toxin sore” and “ecthyma” in traditional Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine therapies have achieved certain curative effects. This paper summarizes the diagnosis and treatment methods of silting dermatitis in recent years, which are divided into four methods: internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, combined treatment of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, comprehensive treatment. Internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is generally related to clearing heat, promoting diuresis, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine includes wet compress, fumigation, washing, rubbing and small needle knife. By summarizing the relevant literatures of clinical practice experience in recent ten years, we hope to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of silting dermatitis with traditional Chinese medicine.
