基于数据挖掘的耳穴贴压干预新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘综述耳穴贴压干预新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床疗效,以及使用规律研究。方法:以“耳穴压豆”或“耳穴贴压”,“新型冠状病毒肺炎”或“COVID-19”为主题,进行文献检索,将所得文献进行分析、归纳。结果:耳穴贴压改善COVID-19患者焦虑、失眠症状,使用频次 ≥ 10次的耳穴:神门穴、心穴、皮质下穴、交感穴、肾穴、脾穴、肺穴。耳穴压豆配合其他中医特色疗法干预COVID-19,使用频次 ≥ 10次的方法有:八段锦、情志疗法、针刺/灸法。耳穴贴压干预COVID-19疗效中耳穴使用频次 ≥ 11次的分别是:肺穴、脾穴、神门穴、内分泌穴、皮质下穴、交感穴、大肠穴、心穴、胃穴、肾穴、肝穴、气管/支气管。结论:中医特色耳穴贴压能有效改善新型冠状病毒肺炎患者焦虑、失眠等症状,配合其他中医特色技术,能提高疗效,促进患者康复;耳穴贴压作为一种中医特色疗法,操作简便、无伤害、易掌握,应面向广大群众普及应用。Objective: Reviewing the clinical efficacy of auricular-plaster therapy on novel coronavirus pneumonia and its application regularity based on data mining. Methods: A literature search was carried out on the subjects of “pressing beans on ear points” or “pressing on ear points” and “novel coronavirus pneumonia” or “COVID-19”. The relevant literatures were analyzed and summarized. Results: Auricular-plaster therapy improved the symptoms of anxiety and insomnia in patients with Covid-19. Auricular points used more than 10 times were: Shenmen, Xinxue, Subcortical, Sympathetic, Shenxue, Pixue and Feixue. COVID-19 was interfered by ear point pressing bean combined with other traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapies. The methods of using more than 10 times were: Baduanjin, emotional therapy, acupuncture/moxibustion. In the efficacy of auricular point sticking intervention on COVID-19, the use frequency of more than 11 times were: Feixue, Pixue, Shenmen, Endocrine, Subcortical, Sympathetic, Dachang, Xinxue, Weixue, Shenxue Ganxue and Trachea/Bronchus. Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine characteristic ear point pressing bean can effectively improve the symptoms of anxiety and insomnia in patients with new type of coronavirus pneumonia, and it can improve the curative effect and promote the recovery of patients with other traditional Chinese medicine characteristic techniques. Auricular-plaster therapy, as a characteristic therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, is simple to operate, harmless and easy to master. It should be widely applied to the masses.
