麻杏石甘汤合消食散“清肺运脾”治疗小儿痰热咳嗽

摘　　要：咳嗽是儿科常见病、多发病,常涉及肺脾两脏,小儿肺脏娇嫩,感受外邪至邪热壅肺;脾常不足,痰热内生,上贮于肺,发为咳嗽;麻杏石甘汤为治疗小儿咳嗽的经方,清热宣肺,消食散为名老中医张介安教授集几十年临床经验所拟定的经验方,健脾化痰,两方合用,针对小儿咳嗽痰热证从肺脾论治,清肺运脾,临床能取得较好疗效,后附验案加以举证。Cough is a common and frequent disease in pediatrics, often involving the lungs and spleen, children’s lungs are delicate, and they feel external evil to lose their lungs;the spleen is often insufficient, phlegm is hot, stored in the lungs, and cough;Maxing Shigan Decoction is a prescription for the treatment of children’s cough, clearing heat and promoting lungs, and digestion decoction is formulated by Professor Zhang Jie’an, an old Chinese medicine practitioner, based on decades of clinical experience, strengthening the spleen and dissolving phlegm, and he combines the two parties, for the evidence of children’s cough and phlegm fever from the lungs and spleen to treat, adjust the lung and spleen, and achieve good clinical results, and then attach a test case to provide evidence.
